I thought this was a Tennessee Warbler until Alan Murphy posted his image of one. He suggests this is a Palm Warbler. Can anyone confirm? Indeed it seems to be one in Fall feather.
This was taken on September 15 in Chicago on the edge of Lake Michigan at Northerly Island, formerly known as Meigs Field. You can see the location of where this was taken in THIS POST in EHK. Thanks for the help. 10D, 1-4 IS @ 400mm 1/15, f 13 flash HH, cropped ~ 50% (I was taking the wide angle shot of the skyline, when this treat landed nearby. I switched lens and shot before switching settings for the camera. Then the bird was gone. Suprised I got this HH at 1/15.) Paul Klenck
