The skimmers have gone south for the winter, It seems like they had a very good breeding season. Here is the last action shot in the series. As you can see the skimmer in flight tried to help, but George a fellow photographer jumped in the water to save him. That was the shot I really wanted to get. :wink:

I love it when the action tells a story. Very dramatic. Draws one into the picture.

Why do humans interdict in cases like this, but not for a fish, or crab, or...
