Woke up this morning to post a hummingbird image and found all these great shots of the little guys posted. Kind of like all of them buzzing around a feeder!

This shot has no flower, but I liked the wing and tail positions, as well as the nice little feet.

1DMk2, 300 w/1.4X, 1/200 @ f22, ISO 250

Thanks for looking and thanks to Greg as this image was shot using his rig and background.

Terrific shot! Nice and sharp and perfectly lighted. Looks like the tip of her tongue is is just visible.

Beautiful Chris. I'm generally not a fan of blue backgrounds for hummingbirds, but this looks more "realistic" than most do. I've seen some with electric blue that just looks..."wierd".
