Nice closeup Mike, but the flash looks too obvious for me with the black BG. I like the eyes too though!

Interesting how the eyes are somewhat spotlighted. I kind of like the effect, seems symbolic in a way. It's so easy to notice the difference in pupil sizes this close - hard to get an owl with pupils the same size, they are so reactive to light.
