Catbird's Dinner

My wife and I were on our evening walk, with our dog Tippy when I saw this catbird sitting on a natural perch. I had no idea of his catch as I was concentrating on my own; the catbird himself.

It was a pleasant surprise when I reviewed the day's photos.

Wished the oof twig in front of the feet wasn't there. :(

More DOF would have been nice, though at 1/80s and iso400 I'm not sure where you would have got it without losing something else.

Even though the dimensions are bigger than recommended the file size is rather under the limit at 35k - which has produced some noticable compression artefacts especially around the antennae.
