This was taken on independence day at the Great Swamp NWR. Can you help me with identification?

Thanks! I agree it's in that category, but the colors are different. Sibleys doesn't show a different color for immature or sex.

It's probably noisey due to the cropping. I didn't clean it up for critque. Just wondering what it is. Thanks for looking.

Looks like there was some selected lightening done on the bird leaving a splotchy look. Agree with the ID.

Here's another angle. Eastern Phoebe's don't have these distinctive wing bars. I apologize for the quality of the image.
