LARGER VERSION

Contax 645, Zeiss 45-90mm Vario Sonnar at 45mm. Polarizer. Digital.

No crop, shot square.

Normally I'm not much of a fan for a square format but it works very well here. Awesome color and even though a polarizer was used I don't see the electric blue skies that are often associated with its use. Handily done.

Wow, lots going on here but I think it works fabulously! I like a lot of things about it, but especially the light on the cacti.

Too bad those prickly pear's weren't blooming. A nice scene of Sedona - getting a bit lower and closer to the cacti might make them more prominent as a foreground element.
