I haven't had as much time to look at the forums the last week because of I've been pretty swamped but you guys keep posting some amazing stuff! Great job everyone! Here is a Yellow-headed Blackbird I just rescanned a couple weeks ago. I've slowly been going through all my old slides and cataloguing them. Comments, critiques and reposts are welcome as always!

All we get are the plain old black ones in UK Michael!! You get red winged and yellow-headed!! I still think our Blackbird has the sweetest song!!

Gorgeous saturated colours here! 8) 8) 8) :)

Very nice shot. I wish the one blade of grass didn't cross the cattail and bird's tail.

Beautiful bird. Great picture. It is a pity that the leaf is crossing the tail, but thats the only nit I could think off. Well done!

I'll take it, blade of grass and all.
Beautiful shot of a bird I've never seen.

Very nice, I really like these birds and the perch is great. The OOF grass could be handled better next time by using a larger aperture to blur them a bit more, what aperture were you using here?

Nice image, the blades of grass could be cloned out to clean up the image, but thats a personal choice.

Yeah if only for that darn blade! I was as wide open as I could get here, f5.6

Guess that means I'll just have to keep trying 8)

Well done, Michael. No big deal on the OOF grasses.
