Motif: Just a Gull

Taken with 10D, 100-400L at 300mm. F8, 1/1000, ISO400. Sun was setting behind the hills and there was a kid was feeding these gulls. I think it is Ring-billed gull, could be wrong.

Looks like a ring-bill to me. And it looks like a marvelous capture too. The fierce expression and the perfect timing of the shot make this very spectacular. The nice even background finishes it off. Lovely work!
