Nice shot
As common as Juncos are they can make a tough subject to show well.
I agree with Alan. I like the feeling of winter in the shot- especially the sullen and subtle tones in the darks.

reflection off the snow has really illuminated the undersides of this one. Nice shot.

Getting one of these guys off the ground is a task in itself. This little guy looks good. The only suggestion I'd make would be to give him just a little more room.
