It looks a bit soft on my monitor, maybe becuase it's not a Mac :wink:

Beautiful shot.... the head is sharp to me. These birds really have large beaks, our kites in California have small, skinny beaks. They must eat some big stuff.

Great one Hendrix. Maybe lightening the undersides with the shadow/highlight tool would add some detail but it's fine as is.

Hendrix, I would soften the vertical line created by the shadow at the back of the head. Overall I find this to be a nice shot of an interesting bird.
