EOS 10D, 500 F4L IS, 1.4xExtender II, iso 200, f7.1, 1/30

Sitting in a Land Rover for several hours waiting for the animals to do something has an adverse affect on the brain. I started looking for things to shoot

I wish I hadn't cut off the "heel".... :(

Comments and honest critiques welcome and thanks for looking.

Cool parts shot.. I like the way the overcast light works here, top lighting.. Technically perfect... My guess is that its a lions foot, maybe,

Well, with the heel missing, I'd have to say you're not putting your best foot forward...

Neat shot. I did one like this a few weeks ago of bear's feet.

I started looking for things to shoot
ahh but that is when we get most creative in our imagery :)

with even just this bit of foot my imagination is able to visualize the rest of the Lion.

Yep, a little down on the heel were you?

Two types of lions in Africa, the up right type and the flat type. If getting a flat type, please to make sure you are comfortable as the wait will be long to obtain good shots of the up right type.
