Hey all, I just returned from Custer, SD. We had warm dry weather most of the five days with abundant wildlife encounters including; pronghorn antelope, bighorn rams and ewes and lambs, mtn goat adults and a two month old, tons  of buffalo, prairie dog, white-tailed and mule deer, coyote, elk, grouse/prairie chicken?, turkey and more. It is good to be home, and checking into NSN, before heading out again on the 24th  .

This huge bighorn ram one of three photographed this day was but one highlight of the trip.

I am in awe of all the killer pics being posted in the Wildlife forum. I believe this forum is now on par with the NSN Avian forum in quality. What a talented resource NSN has become!

Best all.

Wonderful shot with exquisite clarity and detail for the eye to read and digest - from the individual hairs, to the teeth, the blazing eyes and the broken horn tips.

A superb study of this impressive individual with classic BG to set him off!!

Excellent!! 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

Now there's a guy with a face full of character. Terrific detail shown here and I love the background tone.

This rocks and all the green around this really contrasts with the shots we did in Jasper.. Thanks for sharing in the forum Chas... Another fine photograph.
