Gulf Sunset

Nikon 5700. Handheld.

This was taken at Cleawater Beach on the west coast of Florida. It was great to be able to do this in the evening rather than having to get up in the early morning for sunrises over the ocean on the coast of NJ where I live. This is my 2nd post at this site, the first added yesterday in the macro forum, but I have been lurking around and learning for a while.

I would appreciate any comment/suggestions you may have.

I like the dark tree FG and the focus- draw to the last bit of the sun...to me a very relaxing image.

Long sunsets can be so boring for most but that last few minutes //seconds are the best. :)
