Same Tern, one frame before, or why I want a Mark II

This is the same tern as the last post. But at 3 frames per second, there were too many intermediate poses that were missed.
Today I went kayaking insted of photographing. Missed opportunities abound. cropped about 25% for composition.

I think the catch is a good one -- only nit would be to leave a bit more room around the wings

I find it very difficult to take in-flight using EF100-400 L IS USM with 10D AI Servo, but I can see you have no problem with this one. Congrads! :)

This is an excellent shot Steve. The whites look a little bright but I'm looking at it on a Stinkpad LCD which is about the worst screen in the industry.

Another nice one. A little overexposed, I usually shoot these guys with -.3 dialed in. Helps to make the sky a deeper shade of blue too.

I used to and forgot to dial it in. Frequently I used -.6, I had some photoshop problems and need to address them so I can handle some burn and dodge accurately.
