Marbled Godwit Limosa fedoa
Ft. Desoto, FL March 04 2004
Canon 1D>Canon 500 4.5>1.4X Conv.
1/640 @ F8 +1/3 Comp. ISO 200

Ft. Desoto is a magical place. The birds are so used to the
beach goers that it is easy pickings for us photographers.
It is serene & surreal times like this that make life great.

Technically excellent; somehow I am looking for some other object in the frame to provide some reference or balance for the bird.... but meebe that's just me...
