I like this, think you did a good job in all respects. There are various adjustments that might be made to change the balance of color, but that would be more personal preference than anything else. Looks good on my monitor.

Very nice. I might crop it a bit to make the bird larger in the frame and get it out of the dead center. In addition, a little more USM may be in order. A nice shot!
