From last weekends at Magee Marsh...this black & white performed brilliantly! This image is about a 50% crop. I can't decide if I like the large in the frame bird, but I needed to crop out some distracting branches.

nice closeup Terri..
maybe you can change the crop a little and remove some more from the top (assuming you have more room at the bottom without distracting stuff).

Very in your face I would say. Great top view of this warbler. I just wish for more room on the bottom and left to get the bird out of center. Well done with the exposure settings.

Terri, I agree with Mike and Daniel on the crop. Nice close up.

Terri---very close and interesting to me. I like all the detail and I also like the crop; I tend to think along the line of greeting cards and other products. The only distraction is the shadow under the beak because I'm not sure what is beak and what is shadow. It is remarkable to get this bird so close, even if cropped. Nice work!

It's amazing that you got this guy so close....and with such wonderful detail. I'd be tempted to try the cropping suggestions as others have mentioned. It was good to meet you Saturday although we didn't get introduced.....I was with Cheryl and Brian on the Boardwalk.
