Another successful STL Workshop at the Triple D in California has been keeping me busy behind the computer processing images. I'm still not done processing from the January trip and this workshop produced even more great opportunities. I'm not really sure if this mountain lion was ready to pounce or just wanted his hind end scratched, but in either event it's a job for the trainer, or at the very least, the group leader.

Hey Brett, the pose is exquisite along with the comp and exposure, but the post-production sharpness I find a bit off.

Best,

Very nice. A little tight and not as sharp as it can be. The color is nice.

Nice image and I like the pose with the turn of the head back into the frame. Agree on sharpening, although sharpest focus is on rear quarters and rock slightly behind this; if you used central sensor, may have been dof issue. Thanks for posting..

I like the pose and the anticipation of motion.
