Very nice shot. I like the OOF banksia (?) flower too, although some may find it distracting. These guys are often kept in cages here. Someone released some a couple of years ago but they were eradicated before they could establish. You can keep 'em on your side m8t.

While the bird looks great, I'd rather the blossom was as sharp as the bird; perhaps impossible in this situation.

Those guys look as they were up to no good always. The ones at our local aviary were evicted for poor conduct!!!

Neat to see this bird living free. Only seen them in zoos. Curious little birds(and noisy too). :)

What Mike D. said. The bird is amazingly colorful but some of that attraction is diminished, I think, by the oof flower which seems overexposed. I think a tight pano crop would work well to put more emphasis on the bird.
