Okay, I think I see the problem. If you could rename the file prior to uploading it, removing some of the special characters such as "&" and " " (space character), I think it will work. The "&" may cause trouble by itself, while the space character I think has been recoded into "%20" by the web browser when you uploaded. Either or both of these things may prevent the image from displaying when served back from our web server...

It's the & character that did it. Internally that gets recast as &, so when it was uploaded that's what the file was saved as. However the link that was created wasn't adjusted appropriately. Spaces are automatically fixed in the URL.

Other characters that can cause problems include the #, *, and most of the characters that float above the numbers on a keyboard.
