Definitely out of the box, but it shows how these tiny fellows have to deal with the elements of Mother Nature.

This poor little guy was being pelted with sleet and freezing rain. He may have taken one in the eye or he was just trying to clear his head.

Yes, this is a terrific shot - looks like it was taken just the second before his head unscrewed - too funny! Yes, what they have to contend with - I don;t know how these little ones survive, honestly.
