This owl was photographed at the Teddy Rosevelt nature preserve in Oyster Bay N.Y. where it is being kept untill it can be released.

Davie, Nice shot. Not over exposed but the whites looks a little light for this bird to me. At 325 pixels on the longest side, it's a little small to see the full detail. remember, you can post up to 650 pixels on the longest side.

Davie, never give me less than my pound and a half of bird I need for sustenance, Great bird but not much else I can say, 650 pixels on the wide side for regular postings, 800 x 400 pixels on a Pano crop!!
Now hurry up and cook me that morsel properly!!! :wink:
