Unknown Flower

EOS10D, Sigma 180, F3.5 Macro, + 2 extension tubes + 1.4TC ISO 400, F3.5, 1/15. 550EX -1.

This is the centre of the unknown flower in my last post. Having photographed the petals I thought it was worth a peek inside, and this is what I found. :)

All comments and critiques always welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking.

Uh huh, just feel free to make the rest of us jealous why don't ya. :D  Man oh man Carol that is not only one heck of an impressive macro, but also SUPERB use of gear. The shallow DOF and selective focus are incredible wrapped up in gorgeous violet satin. The yellow pollen dancers around the green in the centre of them. Beautiful balance.

All the best M8tess, elegant shot :D

Well, I'm late again it seems!

Ditto with all the comments above.
This shot really pulls my eyes in, makes them play, and not wanting to leave.
Outstanding color and details right where you need it.
Love it!!!
