Here is a shot a took a few feet from the portrait I posted yesterday. I like to think the sea put the rocks in the cavities, but I suspect it was prior beachgoers.

lol, as long as YOU didn't move them, it's still considered a valid documentary photograph ;)

i'm thinking a little bit more contrast would bring out the texture nicely!
i love shots of wood and rocks close up like this :) very nice :)

Very cool shot. I would be tempted to burn in the top third of the image to even out the light a little. That would help with the contrast too.
This is a stunning image. Very well seen and I too would have walked right past it. Very nice work.

This is way cool Paul !!!!! Agree with Wil on the increased contrast I think this would be ideal for the selective color in PS !!!!

Will play around with it when I get home.
