These falls in a Tennessee State Park by the same name are the highest east of the Rockies. No chance of using a tripod to get this--had to go up a tree a little bit.

I like the sharp FG veg, it frames the falls nicely. Not so keen on the blury veg but you probably couldn't do much about that up a tree. Is it just me, or is that a rather silly name for a waterfall?

A very nice shot and I also like how the vegetation frames the waterfall. Was it possible to move a couple of feet closer to not have as much intrusion of the trees into the falling water?

For only a split second--then it would've been a couple hundred feet down!! The trees were growing out of the cliff side below me. On retrospect, I should've increased the ISO, but I don't know how much more DOF that would've given me considering the distance between the trees and the falls. A tripod was not an option. I used a tripod 10' to the left and it was simply S*** Creek Falls from that prespective.

I agree, but if someone names a body of water Fall Creek, and it has a waterfall . . .
