I believe this is my first ever post anywhere of a landscape, mostly because I don't get much practice at taking them. In fact I was out chasing harrier hawks when this opportunity confronted me. I was standing out in the middle of marshland in central Delaware and the sky just seemed so big that day. I decided to stop concentrating on the marsh hawks ( a difficult bird to get a good photo of) and tried to capture an image that related the scope of the scene, while being limited to 28mm on a digital camera with a 1.5x factor. How did I do?

I think you did well. I like the sun star and the cloud patters leadint to the top.

I think you did a great job, Brett! The cloud patterns are absolutely amazing!
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap, but memories are priceless.

Brett, those cloud patterns are awesome, and I really like the contrast between the silhouetted land, warm colors near the horizon, and then the bright blue at the top.

I love it, the small aperture created a great starburst.

Nice starburst Brett!! I like it both with the clouds and solo - cropped to a horizontal. (As an aside, the frame doesn't contribute much to the image IMHO.)
