Shot at 800 Iso at dusk... did not have great detail, but I liked the pose and comp... So deciced to make it a painting with PS.

MkII, 400/5.6 + 1.4, f8 @ 1/125, Iso 800, Levels, Curves, Clone tool, S&H, Pallette Knife, USM, Kodak Digital Gem Pro on Bkrd... May need more Pallette Knife in this presentation, looks more "painterly" at 8x10!

Glad to see this new forum!!!!!

It really helps to have a good image to use as a base and the two poses complement each other beautifully Vince! Nice one!! 8) 8) 8) :D

Yes a great image to start with, with that pose of the two Vince. We do tend to lose a bit as we scale them down, but I wouldn't worry about that to be honest. If I could take bird shots as well as this Vince, I would be one very happy macroholic. :)

All the best Vince, nice work and don't be a stranger :)
