Well, I guess the answer is any Pelican that wants to breed :D . However, in soft morning light the juvenile Brown Pelican can look very nice as well. Of course at this point he doesn't get anything for looking nice, but who knows what the future will bring? :wink:

Sweet one Neil, great light and BG. I particularly like the detail in the pouch and in the feathering on the wing. Great exposure too!

I agree Neil. They lack the bold colors but are beautiful in their own way. Love the soft, warm light on this bird.
