My second post on the Imperial Eagle ... This one was also taken last week at a nature reserve here in Hong Kong. This IE was looking for his mate amongst the tall grass and he found her at last! :roll:

Great action.

I like the head of the 2nd in the grass.

In a Dutch nature magazine there was a big article on the wedlands in HK. There were some pictures of the surroundings over there. I'm really exited now. Amazing that 45% of HK is green area.

This is a very different image....and one that I like. Having the mate in the grass certainly tells the story. Very nice.

I think its cool how you can really see how he is dirtying up his aerodynamics for slow flight!
