Continuing with Chas' earlier post, I got a few of the runs across water as well. Thanx for looking.

Excellent action shot and balances very well in the frame. I like dark, well saturated images but perhaps this cold be just a hair brighter. Just my personal taste.

Nice shot Brian, Good timing to get two birds in focus without others there to clutter the image.

Fantastic image. Only nit is the shadow going across the left Cranes neck from an out of frame bird. Love those feet.

That shadow bugs me too -- tried to do some work in PS but left well enough alone.
From the looks of it the shadow is cast from the first bird's right wing as the sun was just behind my right shoulder when taking this photo.

Impressive shot, Brian.

I'd like to see it lighter, too.

Great timing to get both birds' feet out of the water.

Nice timing! Having the two cranes really makes it a nice shot.

Terrific action shot and good work getting two cranes for the price of one. The repost is better but I'd prefer it even lighter, I think. Nice job!
