20D & 100-400L @ 400mm; 1/400sec, f9, ISO200
These little fellas just keep coming through. Hope you're not tired of them yet. I was forced into a very tight crop by the very busy background, whose hue is too near to that of the bird; I know it detracts from the shot. I tried to reduce the distraction by masking off the bird and applying some gaussian blur to the background. Anyway, I just love the pose and eye contact. Let me know if there's anything I could do to improve it... emil
