While chasing down the Kirtland's at Point Pelee, this little guy decided to pop in the bushes alongside the parking lot to see what all the fuss was about.

Perfect image. I'm booking my flight and lodging for Pelee May 06 this week. This fine image is further incentive to get off my butt and get the trip plans done.

Nice shot, Scott.
The color, light and pose are all very good. Very nice BG.
Only wish he was a little higher up on the perch, but that's a minor nit taking into account how fast these guys move around.

Wow! Appears to be perched in a little nest. The colors of the bird and BG and detail are impressive.

I love magnolia warblers. You did this bird justice with this image. If there is room a less centered comp might work to.
