Wood Duck Hen. Santee Lakes, California.

Heres a Momma Wood duck, another shot during our SoCal NSN shoot at Santee on the 9th of this month.

very nice jason... sharp; v good DOF but at the same time excellent BG. what ISO and aperture did u use?

The sharpness is really incredible. You must have been really close to her to get this with a 300+1.4

Yes, close. She and the babies were not scared of much. At one point she had almost the whole SoCal NSN gagng just a few feet from her.
