Been too busy to turn around of late!
Taken in the Galapagos this summer. I had envisioned a shot like this almost from the time I scheduled my trip - and checked that we would have a full moon. While there were frigate birds everywhere, catching one in close enough proximity to the moon and yet far enough away to get the moon at good size was much more difficult than I imagined. Took me the better part of four days to get this and I'm not entirely pleased with this result. (Guess it's a reason to go back and try again. ) 10D, 100-400 at 190, 1/800 at f8, ISO 400. Rich |
