Black-bellied plovers (and two gulls) at sunrise. This one is from a long time ago. I had to get into position quickly because the sun was moving fast. As soon as the sun cleared the horizon the birds all flew off into a nearby marsh.

Paul, I love everything about this shot. The colors, comp and lines are great. I might crop up a bit above the darker OOF forground.

Great colors. I really like how the land leads the eye to the sun stopping to examine the birds along the way. :)

Very nice!!

Great shot! The only detracting from it is the huge © Name.

Paul,

The colors are gorgeous and the composition is excellent. The sun couldn't be in a better place. I like how the land terminates on the left side of the
frame.

Paul:

You packed a lot of bonus details into what would otherwise be a simple silhouette, and made it simply great.
