It's a Red-crested Pochard. Looks like the shutter speed was too slow to render a sharp image.

Bobby, this is indeed a Red-crested Pochard. The image looks a little soft unfortunately. Can you provide some information on the exposure details?

Could go brighter but it looks out of focus, maybe a couple shots of USM would bring it back to life. :D
