Moving the goose head a bit to the right would help compositionally and the eye is too dead for my taste. this needs flash.

Maybe a tad soft in places, I can't decide. Stopping down a little more could solve this or even another round of USM. I wish there was more of a catchlight and more detail visible in that eye though. I think that would really pull me in more. Nice shot otherwise.
