Black-tailed Godwit Limosa limosa

The shorebird Spring migration has completed and almost all the birds have headed north for their breeding ground.
Captured on 3 Apr 2018, at the mudflat of Deep Bay, Hong Kong.

Very compelling image - the bird just pops off the page with it's exquisite detail, great wing position, and the beautiful BG.
I find my eye being drawn to that partial bird's head/beak on the left, so , if mine, I'd consider cloning that out.
Really excellent image!

Just an outstanding image on all levels. I really enjoyed the inclusion of the other birds in their misty perspective with such detail in the main subject. I wish I could handle the weight of the 500/4 on my D7200.
