A rather shy visitor to my garden, the "Vlei loerie" [centropus supercilliosus burchelli] is not well loved by the other birds as his main food is small birds and eggs! There is always a lot of noise when he is around.
The bright red eye really got my attention. Canon EOS 1DSmk2 with EF 100-400L IS lens, 2x extender (Kenko) @ 400mm, f8 and 1/250 sec. ISO 250. Hand held. Last edited by Rudix on Sat Dec 11, 2004 10:59 am, edited 2 times in total. |
