I guess everyone photographs RWBB sometime. This one only held still for one shot before he flew.

Hey Jim, A wee bit contrasty with hots spots on the grasses and the blacks being blocked out. Love the comp and attitude.

Hi Jim, I like the composition with the lines of the grasses, the bird is well placed. The fanned tail is great.

Tough light but you caught the bird in a great pose with the tail fanned. Nice catch!

Nice one. I've personally spent a lot of time trying to get these guys just right.....nothing wrong with that. I think they're quite entertaining to watch and a beautiful bird....oh yeah....and hard to shoot. You did very well with this one. I'd try a little more USM on his pretty head.

Nice bird and nice colors, maybe +1/2EV over exposure wise, flash seems to be OK, Nice perch and pose, congrats!!! 8)

Contrasty as already mentioned but the overall image is very nice. I like the straight into the camera look and the crossed reeds.
