Hej Piotr,
I like Your image, but I suppose that You didn't have enough light or there were cloudly. I love Your unsharpness (I don't how to write this ;-) )
on the first plan, but in this time it doesn't work :/

I like the soft light on this but the bird is a bit soft and could use more USM. I would crop some off the bottom as it does nothing for the image and give it a slight CW rotation.

Piotr, all the drama aand color is at the top of the image. The foreground takes from the image IMO.
I would crop 1/3 off the bottom and a wee bit off the left. I agree with it needing some sharpening.
