Definitely a "superb" starling. Why can't we have these in the U.S. instead of the "european" variety. The bird is great, as is the background. The perch is not ideal, as it's artificial and very bright. Great shot, nonetheless.

Very beautiful colourful bird. Exposure is just fine. The bright perch causes some distraction.

Blows the feather's off of a European Starling. Cool shot!

Another electric blue bird. This is wonderful!! I love the bird, its pose, colors, and the background. I agree with the others regarding the perch but wouldn't pass an opportunity to get a shot of this magnificent creature because of the perch.

Definitely more colorful than the European variety. Somehow the man-made perch seems appropriate for a Starling! Nice image.

Well done image. One suggestion might be to burn the perch so as to just tone it down a bit.

Spectacular bird, great capture. Tack-sharp, and I like the gradation of color from its neck to wing primaries. Well done!

Very impressive bird!! I might try to sharpen the iris a bit more, actually, the whole eye.
