This Tricolored Heron blended with its environment surprisingly well! This shot doesn't work all that well, with the blue on blue and distracting OOF grass blades, but it fits the motif.
I shot this a few years ago. My D30 was particularly good at delivering images with lots of blue.  -Noel [size=75][i]Edits, reposts, and constructive criticism of my work always welcome![/i][/size]

You have a real close crop here, it would be better if the bird was looking into, rather than out of the frame. The blues and greens are wonderful and very vibrant.
