Gannet in flight

Also photographed last weekend on Helgoland (Germany).
I know I should have used fill flash, but the wind was so strong I didn't want to risk loosing my better beamer.
This strong wind also caused proplems for the gannets who where trying to land, and made them fly another round and try again, and again....

Canon 10D, 100-400IS @ 250mm handheld, 1/1000 @ f/8, ISO 200, full frame

Bart, you are torturing me with these images from Helgoland!!!
I also almost lost my BB on the cliffs as well, had to turn from the wind to save it from the Sea.
I am sure the Gannets loved the strong winds, one day it was blowing very hard and the Gannets landed like helicopters!!
I love that place!!
