I was sitting near him and he was soooo bored.....he yawned all the time!

Fantastic great shot I don’t think that I have taken one woodstork photo satisfactory. I find them difficult from a technical point (high contrast) and esthetic (not a hansom species) You have done justice to their kind.

Nice capture! It's hard to get them in mid yawn with their eyes open. How many tries did it take?

Jim, it took me 1 hour and 4 tries....then the woodstork was so tired that he fell asleep! :wink:

Great capture, love the open bill, a touch more midtones for me, but that's just me, nice detail, BG and the greens are a nice touch as well!!

What a great shot! It's wonderful. Alex and I must have connected monitors because I agree almost 99% with his contrast observations; could use a slight mid-tone adjustment.
