One morning while at one of the crane pools a couple of Coyotes came to check out the pools.

I'm not sure which one I like better what do you think.

They are both really cool. I think I like the first one though because of the distinct eye glow.. RO Dude, see you in a few weeks..

Hey Jimmy,

FWIW, this one, IMO, is the stronger shot. The coyote is caught in a stronger pose, the blur is smoother, and the simpler composition (few elements) really make it the stand out of the 2 (both are fantastic images).

Cheers

My votes for #1 Jimmy, the coyote's head in prowl mode in that one the reason being. Both are nice, but i prefer #1.

I like this one better. To me it is a simpler composition and I like the relative positions of the geese to the coyote. Both are very creative shots. I was wondering on the last one if you tried any shots without panning? I'm curious to see how having the geese fixed in position and the coyote's motion blurred would affect the visual impact. But either way these are great images.

IMO this one is better.
I prefer the colours, the position of the subjects and sense of waiting for something could happen!
Of course, the light in the eyes could be a bonus...

I like both of them.

These are art shots, not photjournalism -- something folks forget at time around here and elsewhere!

It took me awhile to locate the first one, but I much prefer this one. I found the eerie eyeshine on the first one to be a distraction. I like this one a lot. Thanks for sharing.

#1 for me. It tells a much better story, and has more Visual Impact.

I like this one better because it does not have the "caught in the headlights" eyeglow. But its a tough call- both are very nice and refreshing different.

Both are very nice, but my preference is this one with a little simpler composition.
