 I couldn't believe that the deer were so close to the house. I tried to be as quiet as possible setting up and getting out the front door onto the porch. Thankfully, the porch didn't squeak or groan as usual. I set the tripod down and took one shot before she and her two young were off through the woods. It was rather dark from thick overcast skies. EOS 1Ds, 500mm, 1.4XTC, ISO 200, 1/100 sec, f/5.6 no fill flash. In PS cropped, levels USM and color balance to warm the image some.
