That's WWF as in World Wrestling Federation rather than World Wildlife Fund. :)

In Lake Manyara, Tanzania. A herd of male impalas slowly crossed an open field and a couple kept sparring intermitently the entire way. We couldn't come closer to get a tight shot of a pair so I waited until I had a pair that would work in a pano comp, and was lucky to get a couple of frames when all four were more or less parallel with the camera.

Nice shot- looks like your patience was well rewarded!

They don't look gaudy enough to be in the WWF- maybe its just the try outs... :D

Rich, Their sparring appears so mild, bordering on polite! Great pano to include both pairs!!

Rich,
I echo the attractiveness of the pano approach here. Well-exposed, sharp, and quite interesting. Would have been happier yet if the three animals with shade on their faces had the lighting of the fourth but it is one more of those circumstances beyond one's control. Thanks for sharing.

Very unique shot, Rich -- that battle on the left looks like quite a mismatch, size-wise. You did well to make the most of your opportunity, here. Although I know it isn't the case, it almost look like the two images were stitched together, due to the different lighting between the pairs, some size differences, and the appearance of a vertical line just to the left of the third impala from the left.

You did well to get both pairs in the same plane in this pano, nice shot!
