Seal in the Surf

This was taken on Sunday at Montauk Point.

Canon 10D 500mm f4 1.4x, Tripod Ball head Sidekick Leveling head, Manual exposure sunny 16 1/500 @ f10, Auto Focus.

The most striking thing about this is that the seal is peeking over a swell in the water. Uneven water is something you don't see everyday in photos, and it adds a lot of interest.
